There is a $200.00 refundable deposit, if there are no damages of the equipment or building and cleaning is completed according to guidelines. See the agreement documents for details

 

The Loft requires every person or organization leasing to add the loft to their liability insurance policy for the duration of agreement. A rider of $1-$2 million dollars with the establishment listed as an additional insured prior to use of The Culinary Loft by ECS. Interested parties can also acquire temporary insurance for days and times they wish to occupy The Loft. Click here to view the agreement for further instructions.

The prices listed apply only to the kitchen area and not the meeting space.
