Smoked Sweet Potato Bisque w/Coconut Curry Cornbread

(Vegan Option Available)

Select Seasonal sweet potatoes slow smoked, blended with a flavorful vegetable broth. Garnished with coconut curry cornbread and spice rubbed bacon.


Savory Salmon Fritters w/ Spicy Tomato Cream Sauce

Fresh flaky salmon combined with a delightful mixture of aromatic spices, formed into spheres, coated, and fried to a golden perfection balanced wonderfully with a spicy  tomato cream sauce.


Second Course


Caramelized onion and roasted mushroom potato gnocchi (Vegan)

Delicate miniature potato dumplings w/ with caramelized onions and roasted mushrooms tossed in a flavorful garlic and herb sauce


Orange Ginger Pork Belly

Fresh cut pork belly seasoned and seared to a crispy perfection, brushed with a sweet and spicy orange glaze, and served with a spicy green onion salad and fried sesame rice cakes.


 Poultry & Pastry

Crispy cutlets of chicken tossed in spicy pepper sauce and layered between fluffy blue cheese infused waffles served with spiced blue berry syrup


Third Course


Pear and Pecan Goat Cheese Cake

Sweet goat cheese custard baked with a short bread crust, garnished with seasonal pears, candied pecans, and a rich carmel.


Black Pepper and Pear Sorbet (Vegan)

 Seasonal pears blended with fresh fruit  juice, infused simple syrup, and fresh cracked black pepper frozen and served with sliced pears and a hint of citrus.
